Erin Lynch
Erin is passionate about helping businesses navigate people matters and is equipped to advise organisations on all matters relating to the workplace. Erin has over 14 years’ experience in employment and workplace relations. Having previously led the workplace team at a boutique construction firm and director of a boutique workplace relations practice, Erin is able to offer practical, timely and strategic advice to her clients. A key area of Erin’s expertise is her delivery of workplace training and assistance with cultural and workplace change. Erin has experience across a range of industries, including construction, property, infrastructure, professional services, technology, advertising, FMCG, manufacturing, and aged care. Since 2018, Erin has been teaching Law of Employment, Anti-Discrimination Law and Labour Regulation at the University of Wollongong and is a casual academic at Macquarie University. Greg McCann
Greg is recognised as an expert in work, health and safety (WHS) with over 23 years of experience in private practice in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. He has worked for national corporations in a wide range of industries including mining, construction, transport, finance, retail, labour hire and oil and gas. He regularly acts on WHS incidents and assists corporations and their officers in achieving safety compliance and delivering best practice solutions to safety management. He also delivers seminars and interactive discussions with directors and officers on their WHS due diligence obligations. Greg conducts workplace investigations regarding reportable incidents and incidents involving psychosocial hazards arising from the business or undertaking. Greg provides a 24/7 critical incident response service in attending the workplace and managing the response to the Regulator, police, unions and media. Greg is listed as a leading Occupational Health and Safety Lawyer in Best Lawyers Australia from 2016 to date. |

Warwick Ryan
Warwick is a recognised specialist in employment law and workplace relations and a member of Hicksons’ Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety team. His experience focuses on providing commercially beneficial advice to businesses, using his knowledge and experience in employment law to advise clients on the most effective ways to engage with workers to increase productivity. Warwick has particular experience in the complex issues managing ill and injured workers with the aim of minimising workers compensation premiums and discrimination claims and, where required, facilitating the termination of long term injured employees. Warwick is proactive in working with clients to protect their balance sheet from historical claims of underpayment and by shielding businesses from the inappropriate competitive activities of former (and current) employees. Warwick also assists clients with all aspects to shaping a productive and cohesive workforce through advice on recruitment, selection, restructures and terminating employees for poor performance and/or misconduct. Warwick is currently the lecturer for Employment Law in the Master’s Program at the University of New South Wales Business School. |
